By placing an order on the Website, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Products are sold exclusively to end consumers, meaning natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial or professional activity, with legal capacity under the laws of their country of residence.

2. Products, availability and prices

2.1 Product information and prices are available on the Website. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure accuracy, errors may occur.

2.2 In the event of an error in price or product description, GAIAVITTORIA reserves the right to:

  • cancel the order, or
  • contact the customer to confirm the purchase at the correct price

2.3 Prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

2.4 Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.

2.5 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, textures, and materials may vary slightly depending on the device used.

3. Orders and contract formation

3.1 The submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase by the customer.

3.2 The contract is considered concluded only upon the issuance of the shipping confirmation by GAIAVITTORIA.

3.3 GAIAVITTORIA reserves the right to refuse an order for reasons including:

  • product unavailability
  • errors in order details
  • payment authorization issues
  • material pricing errors

3.4 In case of non-acceptance, the customer will be informed by email.

4. Prices and payments

4.1 Payment must be made in Euros (EUR).

4.2 Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, authorized banking networks).

4.3 Payment is charged only after order confirmation.

4.4 The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the payment details provided.

5. Shipping and delivery

5.1 Products are shipped from Italy.

5.2 Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

5.3 Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors (logistics, customs, unforeseen events).

5.4 Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

5.5 Pre-orders

Some products may be available for pre-order. In such cases, the customer purchases an item that is not yet ready for shipment and acknowledges that such products are not available at the time the order is placed. Delivery will take place from the date indicated on the product page, it being understood that such date is indicative only and may be subject to change due to production timelines, logistics, or other operational circumstances. The customer undertakes to promptly communicate any changes to the delivery address occurring between the time of order and shipment.

Pre-order products are clearly identified as such on the Website. Payment is charged at the time the order is confirmed, even though shipment will take place at a later date. Once a purchase contract relating to pre-order products has been concluded, the order may not be modified or cancelled, subject to any rights provided for under applicable consumer withdrawal legislation.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges

6.1 The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable European law.

7. Defects and non-conformity

9. Liability
