The design process begins with reduction.

Designing with intention

Gaiavittoria was founded with a clear intention: to design garments that endure beyond seasons, trends, and noise. At the core of the brand lies a disciplined approach to form, proportion, and restraint, guided by a precise vision and a deep respect for craft.

As lead designer and founder, Gaia Borina approaches design as an act of editing. Every decision is measured: construction, volume, fit, fabric selection, finishing. Nothing is added without necessity.

Her work is shaped by experience within leading international fashion houses, refined into a clear and independent point of view. A language that evolves quietly yet decisively, where shirts become dresses, volumes are controlled, and garments communicate through proportion rather than decoration.

The design process begins with reduction. Sketches are refined through subtraction, volumes adjusted until balance is achieved. Garments are worn, observed, reworked, not to impress, but to endure. The aim is presence, not effect.

She designs for a woman who values clarity over display, independence over ornament. A woman who inhabits garments rather than is defined by them.

Gaiavittoria emerges from an ongoing dialogue between vision, Italian craftsmanship, and lived experience, a process grounded in continuity, precision, and restraint.

"There are days when you don’t feel like explaining yourself, and you just want to feel ready without overthinking it.

Days when you ask your clothes for nothing more than to simply be you."
