Refund policy
Purchases made on www.gaiavittoria.com may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
How to make a return
The return process is simple and guided:
- Initiate your return request by contacting Customer Care.
- Once the request has been approved, you will receive shipping instructions and the return label to be attached to the parcel.
- The assigned courier will generally collect the parcel within 48–72 business hours.
- Prepare the parcel and hand it over to the courier according to the instructions provided.
All returns must be registered in advance through the official procedure.
Return conditions
Items must be returned:
- unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
- with all original tags attached
- in their original packaging and shipping box
If the product does not meet the conditions above, GAIAVITTORIA reserves the right to:
- issue a partial refund, or
- return the product to the customer
Shipping costs
Initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10–14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Actual processing times may vary depending on the banking system or payment provider.
Product exchanges
To exchange an item (size, colour, or variant), you must return the received product and place a new order.

Defective or incorrect items
In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Customer Care immediately at customerservice@gaiavittoria.com including your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, images.
Right of withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with European legislation, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason. The return conditions remain those outlined above.
Items purchased from third parties
Returns or exchanges are not possible for products purchased through retailers, marketplaces, or websites other than www.gaiavittoria.com.
